Recognize this one? It’s the Speedmaster Moonwatch Master Chronometer, which Omega announced earlier this year, a two-register automatic chronograph movement, and a matte black racing dial. Omega Speedmaster Replica Watches has decided to re-brand it, dropping the word “Moonwatch,” wisely I might add, and there are three new models joining the original in a collection known from today as the Speedmaster Racing Master Chronometer.
The collection focuses on the Speedmaster’s racing heritage, because, while the watch had its best days on the moon, it was originally made for the race track. Omega Replica made that a little clearer in 1968, just one year after the model’s launch, when the company started making a special version of the Speedmaster with an unusual staggered minute track later dubbed the “racing dial” version of the Speedy.
The racing dial offers guys who, like me, own and love one of the more traditional Speedmasters something a little more exotic to enjoy. Omega Replica Watches is kicking off its latest line with four models, three of them in stainless steel with ceramic bezels and brushed Liquidmetal tachymeter scales, and one in Sedna gold, with a Ceragold tachymeter scale.
The dials and accents might come in a variety of colors, but they’re all based on that original dial with the distinct markings. For the steel watches, you get a choice of the classic black, a bright white, and a rich grey, all of which come with black tachymeter bezels and varying levels of orange accents. The Sedna gold Omega Replica Watches Swiss Movement is completely different, with a dark shimmery blue dial and a matching midnight blue tachymeter bezel.
To be honest, I was really hoping these would be offered in a smaller case. The Best Omega Replica Watches 44.25 mm size is a little hard to wear, however the profile of the case on these models is slimmer than other modern Speedy cases of that diameter, and that’s a real positive.
